Want to stay in touch with your child, but it's not quite the right time to get them a phone? The LAMAX WatchY4 Play smartwatch is the perfect companion for both you and your child. The watch functions as a "phone on their wrist", allowing you to stay connected. Your child can also keep in touch with their friends, as the watch lets them send messages, make calls, chat, and even have video calls using the built-in camera. Precise positioning is ensured by GPS with PinPoint technology. The built-in battery typically lasts for 2–3 days of normal use. All communication and data are available in the secure LAMAX Connect app. The LAMAX WatchY4 Play features an SOS button. When pressed and held, the watch calls a preset phone number. You can also set up safe zones for the watch. If your child crosses these boundaries, you'll receive a notification in the app.

LAMAX WatchY4 Play pinpoints location accurately
The smartwatch is equipped with highly accurate positioning featuring PinPoint technology. To triangulate the signal, the LAMAX WatchY4 Play uses GPS, LBS, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, and an accelerometer all at once.
LAMAX WatchY4 Play monitors safe zones
Giving children freedom is important, but it's also good to know where they are. In the app, you can set up safe zones for the LAMAX WatchY4 Play. As soon as your child leaves them, you'll get an instant message. If your child is scared or finds themselves in an emergency, they just need to press and hold the SOS button, which will immediately call a preset number. The LAMAX Connect app meets the highest security standards.
LAMAX WatchY4 Play supports FamilyCareConnect technology
With the LAMAX WatchY4 Play watch, your children can easily call, send texts and audio messages, chat, or make video calls without needing a mobile phone. Through the watch, your child can communicate not only with family members but also with up to 60 other friends who have the same watch. All they need to do is connect via FriendsConnect.
Great battery life and an attractive design
Children can customise the LAMAX WatchY4 Play's display with their preferred watch face. In addition, the watch is equipped with a pedometer for accurate step counting and features a reminders function. Once you set what they shouldn't forget, the watch will display it in time. With its IP68 water resistance, children can wash their hands while wearing the LAMAX WatchY4 Play. There's no need to worry about rain either; the watch will handle it with ease. The built-in battery lasts up to 120 hours on a single charge, but with typical use, it runs for about 2–3 days.
LAMAX Connect app
The whole family can stay connected and close through the LAMAX Connect app. The app lets you share all key information easily, quickly, and securely, so you'll know that all family members are safe and sound.
Precise positioning
The LAMAX WatchY4 Play uses PinPoint technology, which enables it to determine location more accurately. GPS, LBS, A-GPS, and an accelerometer are used for triangulation.
Safety zones
You can set up safety zones for the smartwatch. As soon as your child leaves them, the watch will send a notification about this to the app.
SOS button
If a child gets into an emergency situation, they can press and hold the SOS button, which will dial the preset parent's number.
Voice and text messages
The LAMAX WatchY4 Play acts as a phone on the wrist and lets children send preset messages, voice messages, and make calls.

FamilyCareConnect® lets you stay securely connected with 8 family members and up to 15 other contacts. Parents can restrict or expand the contacts that can connect with the watch.
Dial pad and contact restrictions
You can use the watch to call permitted contacts. For older children, you can allow calls to unsaved contacts via the dial pad.
Call and SMS history
In the LAMAX Connect app, you can see who your child has called and who has tried to call them on the watch. You can also see their message history.
Encrypted connection
All data transmission between the watch, the server and the app is encrypted. Advanced asymmetric encryption protects all sensitive information in real time.
Dedicated European servers
LAMAX uses servers operated in Germany that hold TÜV IEC 27017, ISO 27001, ISO 27018, PCI DSS, CISPE, GAIA-X and other certifications.
Free SIM card
With the LAMAX WatchY4 Play, you get a free nano SIM card from T-Mobile with 200MB of data. The watch supports SIM cards from all operators.

120-hour battery life
The LAMAX WatchY4 Play is optimised for maximum battery life. With normal use, it lasts 2–3 days, and up to 5 days in standby mode.
Power-saving mode
You will receive a notification in the app when the battery drops to 20, 15, 10 or 5%. You can activate power-saving mode directly from your phone. The SOS button can still be used and calls can still be received in this mode.
Night mode
In the app, you can set when the watch should turn on and off. This helps you reduce power consumption and extend the overall battery life.
Alarms and reminders
You can set reminders for important things on the LAMAX WatchY4 Play that your children might otherwise forget.
Built-in pedometer
The pedometer lets you keep track of how active your child is.
