The AL-KO HWA 4500 Comfort is an electronically controlled, mid-range domestic water pump designed for the automatic supply of non-potable water to your house or garden. The machine is equipped with an intelligent control unit that controls the switching on and off of the pump according to the current water consumption, so there is no need for manual operation. The intelligent Automatic Control system continuously monitors the pump's operation, ensuring the most economical and reliable performance at a constant outlet pressure. The current water flow rate, pressure and other information are shown on a clear LCD display. With a high pumping capacity of 4,500 litres per hour, a delivery head of up to 50 metres and a maximum suction head of 8 metres, the domestic water pump can be flexibly adapted to the surrounding conditions, whether you are drawing water from an above-ground tank, a well or a pond. An integrated XXL pre-filter and reliable protection against the motor running dry increase operational safety. The HWA 4500 Comfort automatic domestic water pump is designed exclusively for pumping non-potable water with a maximum temperature of 35°C.

The electronically controlled AL-KO HWA 4500 domestic water pump with its 1300W motor can pump up to 4,500 litres of water per hour, which is enough power not only to increase the pressure in the water supply line, but also to supply garden sprayers, drip irrigation, lawn sprinklers or garden showers. The water pump works by switching itself on when a tap is opened or a sprayer is started, and then automatically switching off again when you are finished. The efficient suction system, which includes an electronic flow switch, pre-filter and integrated check valve, ensures the water pump is up and running quickly.
The water pump has a robust design with safety features
The HWA 4500 Comfort water pump is equipped with two G 1" pipe threads, which allow for hassle-free connection of your existing hoses and other accessories. The inlet and outlet fittings are made of high-quality brass, while the internal parts of the pump that carry water are made of durable stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The integrated XXL pre-filter, which traps coarse debris from the water, increases the water pump's operational safety. The included key allows the filter to be easily removed and cleaned when necessary. It also features reliable motor protection against running dry (Dry-Run Protection).

The HWA 4500 Comfort water pump is not designed for pumping drinking water, but only non-potable water with a maximum temperature of 35°C. Furthermore, it is not intended for pumping salt water, contaminated water or water containing aggressive chemicals.
