The main advantage of this grill is that you can grill on the stand or without it. The standalone grill plate has an integrated heating element for easy cleaning and its grill plates are removable.
For faster cooking, you can use a thick lid with special openings for discharging vapour and fumes. Moreover, the lid can accelerate the heat up to 250°C and thus shorten the grilling time. You will also appreciate that the Steba grill drains excess fat into a separate container.
