It consists of two parts - as soon as the parts separate, the sensor sends a message to your mobile phone. The Meross door or window sensor runs on a CR2450 battery and communicates via Wi-Fi technology. Easily synchronise it with your mobile phone to send you notifications if a door or window is opened without authorisation and if the battery needs replacing. However, a central Meross Hub unit is required for proper operation.
