The supported memory type indicates which operating memory the processor can work with without problems. In practice, this primarily means the generation of modules - the most common today are DDR4 and the more modern DDR5. Each processor has precise limits, so if you try to insert a different type, the computer won't find the memory at all and won't start up.
The maximum number of channels expresses how many separate paths the processor can divide the communication with the RAM into. Most common home computers operate with two channels, so it is ideal to install two identical memory modules to double the speed. If the processor offers a dual-channel connection, it pays to always fit memory in pairs; otherwise, unused channels remain "empty" and performance is reduced.
The same applies as with CPU frequency. The higher the frequency, the more capably the integrated graphics card can render more data and is more powerful.
