Ich habe das G30 inkl. Pin/Fingerprintfeld seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr. Die ersten Monate war ich sehr zufrieden. Mittlerweile nur noch genervt. -es fing damit an, dass nach freigabe mit fingerprint oder pin die tür zwar normal öffnete, danach der riegel aber noch mehrmals rein und raus fährt und anschließend dass schloss piept (fehlermeldung). mehrfaches neu einrichten und Batteriewechsel halfen. Manchmal ist das Problem aber wieder da. -seit einigen Wochen ist es so, dass der Riegel nur jedes 2. mal komplett zurückfährt. Beim ersten mal geht er nur ein Stück zurück, sodass die Tür nicht auf geht. beim zweiten mal geht er dann komplett zurück und die Tür ohne Fehlermeldung auf. Neu Einrichten bringt manchmal besserung, aber auch nur für wenige Versuche, dann ist das Problem wieder da. Wenn die Tür verschlossen und nicht nur zugezogen ist, geht es beim ersten versuch direkt auf. Tips was ich tun kann?
