ZyXEL USG20W-VPN
ZyXEL USG20W-VPN
The ZyXEL USG20W-VPN is an effective solution for remote connections in a commercial environment where maximum security for business communication is vital. The firewall uses innovative security technologies, so there is no risk of the VPN tunnel being breached by faster brute-force attacks using modern hardware. Traditional encryption algorithms used for VPNs (e.g., Message Digest 5 (MD5) and Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA-1)) are therefore replaced by a newer variation (SHA-2) for the most secure VPN connection in its class. Another advantage is the backup WAN connection and automatic restoration of the primary connection.
Key features of the ZyXEL USG20W-VPN firewall
- Secure connections for small businesses and offices
- More secure VPN with SHA-2 encryption
- Easy VPN for automatic IPsec client-to-site setup
- Simple configuration in a clear environment (easy mode)
- Zyxel One Network for quick network setup
- Zyxel Smart Connect lets Zyxel network devices recognise each other
- WiFi AP (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (ac up to 1300Mbps + n up to 450Mbps)
Remote access without complex configuration
Setting up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) can be complicated for the average user. That's why the ZyXEL USG20W-VPN firewall features Easy VPN, which configures everything for you automatically. The Zyxel IPsec VPN client software provides a clear wizard, making it possible to set up a VPN and IPsec VPN in just 3 steps. All employees in the field or on business trips can easily and securely access company storage or emails.
Cloud management of the ZyXEL USG20W-VPN firewall
The device supports the Nebula cloud platform, which unifies settings and updates into a single interface. Network functions and management are transferred to the cloud, simplifying the administration of distributed networks. Administrators can configure and monitor all network elements from a single screen without needing physical access to remote branches. The Nebula system offers a clear interface for the centralised setup of access points, switches, and security gateways, while also optimising management for geographically separate locations.
