The Zyxel NWA90BEPRO WiFi Access Point brings the Wi-Fi 7 standard (802.11be) to small offices and home offices. This dual-band access point works with a flexible choice between the 5GHz and 6GHz bands (BandFlex) and an additional 2.4GHz band, achieving a combined transfer speed of 501Mbps and more. A quad-core Qualcomm processor provides the power to handle data streams. Configuration and monitoring are simplified by the Nebula cloud platform and mobile app, which support quick commissioning and remote network management.

Wi-Fi 7 performance and hardware
This WiFi 7 Access Point supports the 802.11be standard and offers a combined speed of 1347Mbps. It handles multiple clients simultaneously and efficiently using MU-MIMO technology and a 2×2:2SS antenna configuration on all available bands. A quad-core Qualcomm processor handles the computing operations.

Smart Mesh MLO and roaming
The device implements Smart Mesh technology with MLO (Multi-Link Operation) support to create a stable and fast wireless connection between multiple units without the need for cabling. Unlike traditional mesh networks, MLO uses multiple radio bands simultaneously, resulting in higher throughput and lower latency. For a seamless transition of mobile clients between individual points, it supports fast roaming according to 802.11r/k/v standards, which reduces connection dropouts during video calls, for example.
Enterprise-level security
For advanced access control and network segmentation, it offers IEEE 802.1X/RADIUS authentication and a captive portal function. This is used to create login pages for guests. The system also detects rogue access points.
