The Xtend Home SO100 IP camera is a wireless bullet-style security device that captures its surroundings in 1920×1080 pixel resolution at a frame rate of 25 FPS. Its fixed lens, with a 4mm focal length and F1.8 aperture, offers a 120° viewing angle for wide coverage of the monitored area. It uses hybrid night vision, combining infrared illumination and LED reflectors with a range of 15m. It detects motion with human figure recognition, sending instant notifications to your mobile phone when an incident occurs. It is powered by a solar panel with built-in rechargeable batteries, making the device independent of the mains electricity supply.

Image parameters and compression
The 2MP CMOS sensor captures video in 1920×1080 pixel resolution, or in a lower resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The live view frame rate reaches 25 FPS, while the recording itself is saved at 13 FPS. The fixed lens has an F1.8 aperture and a 4mm focal length, providing a 120° field of view. For efficient data storage, it uses H.264 video compression, which reduces the demands on storage media capacity while preserving detail.
Hybrid night mode
A dual lighting system is used for monitoring the area in poor light conditions or complete darkness. Hybrid night vision combines classic IR diodes and white LED reflectors, both with an effective range of up to 15m. Users can activate colour night-time capture remotely via the mobile app, or leave mode switching to a set schedule.
Intelligent human figure detection
The security system includes a motion detection function that specifically focuses on recognising people in the shot. The motion sensor's detection angle is 70° for precise coverage of the monitored zone. As soon as the integrated video analytics detects a human presence, it sends an instant notification to your mobile phone, enabling a quick response to any potential intrusion.
Two-way audio and communication
The body of the device integrates a sensitive microphone and speaker, which together provide full two-way audio transmission. This function is useful for both voice communication with visitors at the entrance and for verbally warning unwanted individuals on your property. The built-in speaker and microphone work in sync, which eliminates unwanted echoes during a call.
Recording storage on memory cards
It stores captured video recordings locally on a storage medium, using the integrated slot for microSD cards. The device supports memory cards up to 64GB, providing plenty of space for storing alarm events. Alternatively, you can use the cloud storage in the app, which keeps data securely off the physical device itself.
IP camera connection and app
Wireless network connection is via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi according to 802.11b/g/n standards, with a detachable antenna with an RP-SMA connector supporting stable signal reception. For a wired connection, one RJ-45 network port is available. Management and settings are handled via the TuyaSmart mobile app in Czech and Slovak, which is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems.
