Benefits of Pre-Orders:
Handle emails and documents on a large tablet-sized screen in the morning, let AI take notes during an afternoon meeting, and fold the phone to head out and shoot photos in the city in the evening. Vivo X Fold6 combines the productivity of a foldable device with a flagship camera. Unfolded, the 8.02" internal display lets you run up to 4 apps side-by-side thanks to OriginOS 7 Fold. Folded, you can comfortably control it with one hand on the 6.51" external screen. The ZEISS camera system features a 200Mpx main camera with a large 1/1.4" sensor and optical image stabilisation. It is complemented by a 50Mpx ZEISS APO periscope telephoto lens with 3× optical zoom and a 50Mpx ultra-wide-angle camera. The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super Edition chipset delivers high performance, while the 6900mAh Semi-Solid-State battery reliably operates in freezing temperatures down to −20°C. With IP58 and IP59 resistance, the phone is even protected against hot pressurized water, which is a rarity for foldables.
Unfold the device to reveal a large surface, perfect for reading documents, editing photos, and watching movies. Vivo X Fold6 offers an internal 8.02" AMOLED ZEISS Master colour display with a resolution of 2504×2312 pixels. The almost square format is ideal for working with two apps side-by-side or using the Origin Workbench. Advanced SDC M14 materials and LTPO 8T technology achieve a local peak brightness of up to 5000 nits, ensuring the screen remains easily readable in direct sunlight. The adaptive 1 to 120Hz refresh rate delivers smooth scrolling while saving battery power. An ultra-thin 0.03mm UTG glass layer protects the flexible screen.
You do not always need a large screen, which is why the external display is ready for everyday use without unfolding. When folded, Vivo X Fold6 offers a fully-fledged 6.51" AMOLED display with a resolution of 2528×1120 pixels. Its elongated format allows comfortable one-handed control, whether you are replying to messages, making mobile payments, or navigating with maps. Just like the internal display, it supports an adaptive 1 to 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 2000 nits in high-brightness mode, meaning the screen looks great even in direct sunlight. You can also take photos with the main camera when the phone is closed and preview the results immediately on the outer display. Durable CDGM F5 glass protects it from scratches.
A foldable phone no longer means compromising on a flagship camera. Vivo X Fold6 boasts a main 200Mpx ZEISS camera with a large 1/1.4" Samsung HPB sensor. The 23mm focal length and f/1.68 aperture capture rich details in daylight and during evening walks. Optical image stabilisation with a CIPA 4.5 rating keeps shots sharp even on the move. ZEISS T* anti-reflective coating suppresses reflections and flare in backlit conditions. The custom vivo V3+ chip handles image processing, keeping colours looking natural and true to life.
What the main camera cannot reach, the 50Mpx ZEISS APO periscope telephoto lens with a Sony LYT-602 sensor handles easily. It offers 3× optical zoom (70mm equivalent) and up to 100× digital ZEISS Hyper Zoom. ZEISS APO chromatic aberration correction and vivo VCS technology ensure sharp images of distant landscapes and night-time cityscapes. The Vivo X Fold6 telephoto lens also lets you capture impressive macro shots of tiny details from a comfortable distance. Portrait mode lets you switch between 5 classic focal lengths: 23, 35, 50, 85, and 100mm. The variable focal length flash then adds natural skin tones to your portraits.
Capture vast landscapes, monumental architecture, or a large group of friends with the 50Mpx ZEISS ultra-wide-angle camera with a 15mm focal length. Autofocus and minimal edge distortion ensure clean images across the entire frame. Vivo X Fold6 also excels at video recording, capturing up to 8K, 4K at 120 frames per second, and slow-motion in 4K at 240 frames per second. Stage Mode records concerts or theatre performances in 4K at 60fps in Dolby Vision. For selfies and video calls, 20Mpx front-facing cameras are ready on both the internal and external displays.
Working in multiple windows simultaneously places high demands on a phone, which is why Vivo X Fold6 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super Edition chipset. Built on a 3nm process, its 8 cores reach clock speeds of up to 4.21GHz. The chipset is tailored specifically for the Origin Workbench workspace, reducing power consumption by 10% during intensive multitasking. Coupled with 12GB RAM, it keeps open apps ready in the background for instant access. The 6900mAh battery delivers up to 9.37 hours of multi-app work in Origin Workbench or up to 7.43 hours of video calls on Teams. Smooth long-term operation is guaranteed with 5 years of system updates and 7 years of security updates.
Two displays and multi-app multitasking require plenty of power. Vivo X Fold6 provides this with a 6900mAh BlueVolt battery, which still fits into a body just 4.40mm thick when unfolded. The powerful and efficient chipset conserves energy during all-day work, video calls, and photography. The third-generation semi-solid-state cell technology ensures stable performance even in low temperatures. When you need a top-up, 80W fast wired charging takes care of it quickly. Alternatively, 40W wireless charging lets you power up conveniently by placing the phone on a charging pad.
A folding phone does not have to be fragile or make you worry about taking it out in the rain. Vivo X Fold6 offers IP58 and IP59 protection and even withstands high-pressure jets of hot water up to 80°C. According to the manufacturer, it handles up to 1000 folds even when submerged in depths of up to 1m. The inner display is protected by ultra-thin 0.03mm UTG glass, while the outer display features durable CDGM F5 glass. In addition, the third-generation Semi-Solid-State battery technology ensures reliable operation even in freezing temperatures down to −20°C. You can use your phone with peace of mind in the mountains, on ski slopes, or during winter trips.
With the purchase of your new phone, you get an extra benefit that takes care of both your memories and your productivity. A large display only makes sense with an operating system that can fully exploit its potential. Vivo X Fold6 therefore comes with the OriginOS 7 Fold skin, tailored for the 8.02" inner display and controlled with intuitive gestures. The Origin Workbench display shows one main task alongside up to 4 other non-overlapping windows. This lets you transition between a meeting, a document, and web search without constantly switching apps. In split-screen mode, you can run up to 4 apps side by side. The AI Cross-App Drag feature lets you drag text or images between windows to instantly translate, process, or use the content to create a new contact. During business meetings, the AI Meeting Assistant helps with real-time subtitles in multiple languages and meeting summaries broken down by individual speaker.
A high-quality phone is an investment that should serve you for a long time without slowing down. Vivo X Fold6 therefore receives 5 years of operating system updates and 7 years of security updates, keeping your data, payments, and accounts protected. The Origin Smooth Engine technology, backed by a 72-month smooth performance certification, ensures long-term agility.
