Ubiquiti USW-Pro-Max-48

The Ubiquiti USW-Pro-Max-48 L3 switch is designed to manage and expand your corporate network infrastructure. It offers a total of 48 ports, of which 16 ports reach 2.5Gb/s, while the remaining 32 ports operate at 1Gb/s. Four 10Gb/s SFP+ ports are available for high-speed backbone connections. Management is handled centrally using the UniFi Controller, and a touchscreen provides a quick overview. Uninterrupted operation is supported by redundant DC power.

Performance and Advanced Network Features

The switch operates at the L3 layer, enabling advanced routing and network traffic management. The total switching capacity reaches 224Gb/s, ensuring smooth data flow even under heavy loads. Features such as VLAN for network segmentation, QoS for traffic prioritisation, and LACP for link aggregation and increased throughput are available. Network security and stability are also enhanced by IGMP and DHCP snooping. In addition, the switch uses 802.1X authentication and ACLs to prevent unwanted traffic and unauthorised access.

Connectivity and Central Management

The device is equipped with 16 ports at 2.5Gb/s and 32 gigabit ports. Four 10Gb/s SFP+ ports are used for high-speed connections to other network elements, such as servers or backbone switches. Complete management is handled centrally via the UniFi Controller, which simplifies the configuration and monitoring of the entire network. The front panel features a touchscreen for quick status checks and the Etherlighting feature, which visually identifies ports according to their properties.
