The Ubiquiti U7-Pro-XGS WiFi Access Point functions as a tri-band access point for wireless networks with high demands on transmission speed and total capacity. It supports the WiFi 7 standard (802.11be). Data is transmitted simultaneously on three frequency bands: 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz, which effectively distributes network traffic. Access point with WiFi 7 technology
The Ubiquiti U7-Pro-XGS WiFi Access Point operates on three frequency bands and uses 8-stream technology for greater data throughput. The wireless network achieves high speeds thanks to full support for the WiFi 7 standard and DL/UL MU-MIMO technology, which ensures efficient signal distribution for multiple devices simultaneously. The 2.4GHz band offers speeds of up to 688Mbps with a 2×2 MIMO configuration, the 5GHz band provides speeds of up to 8.6Gbps with a 4×4 MIMO configuration, and the 6GHz band reaches speeds of up to 5.8Gbps with a 2×2 MIMO configuration.
Coverage and mesh technology
The Ubiquiti U7-Pro-XGS WiFi Access Point covers an indoor area of up to 160m². It can reliably serve more than 500 simultaneously connected client devices. Full support for advanced technologies for wireless meshing, Fast Roaming (802.11r), BSS Transition Management (802.11v), and Radio Resource Management (802.11k) ensures a seamless transition for mobile devices between individual access points without any interruption to the active connection or drop in quality.
Connectivity
The Ubiquiti U7-Pro-XGS WiFi Access Point includes one RJ45 Ethernet port supporting speeds of up to 10Gbps for data network throughput. The device is powered via an Ethernet cable using the PoE++ standard with a voltage range of 42.5V to 57V. This means the access point only requires a single network cable for power, reducing cabling demands during installation.
