The TP-Link TL-SG1005P unmanaged switch is designed to expand your home or business network infrastructure. It features five 1Gb/s RJ-45 ports, four of which support Power over Ethernet (PoE) with the 802.3af standard. The total PoE power budget reaches 65W, with up to 30W available per port. Advanced features include QoS for network traffic prioritisation and IGMP Snooping.

Power and advanced features
The switch is equipped with four PoE ports that comply with the 802.3af standard. This allows it to power connected devices directly via the data cable. For CCTV systems, you will appreciate features like Extended Mode to increase the PoE range and PoE Auto Recovery, which automatically restarts unresponsive devices. Network traffic is optimised by QoS, to prioritise important data, and IGMP Snooping, which efficiently manages multicast traffic on the network.
