The case of the exceptional swear word

A MISSING TENNIS PLAYER, A MYSTERIOUS MANSION AND AN UNWITTING DETECTIVE...

It's the end of June 1964 and the unwitting detective Ota Fink - a lathe operator in civilian life - full of sad memories of the fall that deprived him of his tramp love House, wanders one evening near the newly filled dam in Hostivař. There, he has an incredible encounter when a naked girl emerges from the dark water and looks like a tennis star Pavla Sponarova.

Like every time Ota meets a beautiful woman, he doesn't hesitate and rushes headlong into disaster. He lends her clothes and soon afterwards, disguised as the flamboyant Lieutenant Klevish, he is involved in the highest tennis circles in a mysterious villa. Yet he is haunted by doubts, especially after he makes a strange discovery in the mud by the dam.

What did Dad's friend Willow's dog dig up? What deadly mysteries does the Villa under the Sleeping Beauty hide? Is there something rotten in the world of national tennis, or is it something else, much worse? And what is the real secret of Pavla Šponarová?
