How should you look after your knife blades?
The blade is factory-sharpened to a 12° angle, which requires slightly more careful maintenance, but Siguro Kuro knives will reward you with an exceptionally smooth and precise cut. To maintain this sharp angle, you can use the integrated sharpener, a whetstone, a fine-grit sharpening steel, or special sharpeners with an adjustable angle, which allow you to sharpen to shallower angles.
