The programmes offered by the cooker are automatic and, what’s more, they switch off automatically. You can easily control all the settings via the LED display. You can also use it to select various other functions, such as Keep Warm and delayed start. One of the advantages of this appliance is that the temperature can be adjusted for each programme within a range of 40–240 °C.
Sous-vide
