Guten Tag, ich interressiere mich für das Produkt Philips Series 5000 BT5515/70. Meine Fragen wie läuft die Rücksendung eines beschädigten, bzw. nicht funktionierendem Produkt aus Deutschland? Beinhaltet das Produkt ausser der abgebildeten 2 Aufssätze und des Reiseetui auch einen Ladekabel? Es war weder von den Bildern noch aus der Beschreibung explizit für mich eindeutig beschrieben.
