For preserving and cooking large portions
The pan comes with accessories that make preserving easier. It includes a special rack that is placed on the bottom to protect the jars from cracking due to the heat. The stainless steel lid has a practical hole for inserting a thermometer, which will help you keep the water bath temperature under control. In addition to preserving, the pan can also be used for cooking large quantities of goulash, broths or traditional pork specialities.
Stainless steel and sandwich base
The body of the pan is made of 304-grade stainless steel, which is hygienic and easy to maintain. Both the exterior and interior surfaces are highly polished, which prevents dirt from settling. A key feature is the sandwich base with thermal accumulation properties, which ensures fast and even heat distribution. This allows you to turn off the heat source in advance and use the accumulated energy, saving you money on cooking costs.
Large capacity and easy maintenance
Thanks to its 22-litre capacity, the pan can hold a large quantity of preserves. Depending on the type of jar, it can accommodate, for example, 12 Omnia jars with a capacity of 0.7 litres or up to 36 jars with a capacity of 0.2 litres. The pan is compatible with all types of hobs – gas, electric, ceramic and induction. It can also be used in the oven. After use, you can conveniently wash it in the dishwasher.
