Noctua NF-B9 redux-1600 PWM

The NOCTUA NF-B9 Redux 1600 PWM fan is based on the award-winning models that have made popular the renowned NOCTUA company. It uses the power of nine integrated rotor blades with a diameter of 92mm. The speed of the blades can reach up to 1600rpm. Airflow is increased by notches on the blade tips. The motherboard is connected via a 4-pin connector. The fan also offers an excellent average uninterrupted service life of over 150,000hrs (17 years!). The outstanding performance, legendary and unrivalled quiet operation, and all the other great features will be appreciated by true computer enthusiasts.

Innovative and custom-made PWM IC with SCD

The NOCTUA NF-B9 Redux 1600 PWM? supports fully automatic speed control. Its main advantage is the Smooth Commutation Drive technology (SCD), which provides a smoother, less torque impulse, and delivers quieter operation especially at lower rotation speeds.

SSO bearings

The proven concept of hydrodynamic bearings has been further refined to provide the quietest operation possible. NOCTUA NF-B9 Redux 1600 PWM uses these optimised SSO bearings, and the rear magnet is located even closer to the axis, and therefore offers better stability, precision and durability.

Connectivity first

Users can choose from a wide range of NOCTUA accessories, such as anti-vibration mounts, low-noise adapters, y-cables, 3:4 pin adapters, or extension cables to adjust the Redux Edition fans according to their individual needs. With the extension cable, it is possible to connect the fan to a larger unit as well.
