nJoy Keen 600

nJoy Keen 600
The nJoy Keen 600 UPS uses line-interactive topology to protect your electronics from power outages and mains instability. With an output of 600VA and 360W, it powers connected devices for 3 minutes at half load. At full load, the backup time is less than one minute, which is enough time to save your work and shut down the system safely. The integrated Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) stabilises the output voltage without needing to switch to the battery, thereby extending its lifespan. When running on battery power, it provides a simulated sine wave output, suitable for powering devices with switched-mode power supplies. Its compact dimensions of 165 × 87 × 276mm and a weight of 4kg make it easy to place in an office or home, while the tower design saves space.
Key features of the nJoy Keen 600 UPS
- Line-interactive topology with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
- Simulated sine wave output on battery power
- Cold start function for starting without mains power
- USB interface and software for management and safe shutdown
- Separate sockets for battery backup and surge protection only
Performance and line-interactive topology
This UPS accepts a wide input voltage range from 162V to 290V and corrects it automatically. The line-interactive topology effectively responds to common mains fluctuations, such as undervoltage and overvoltage. The unit offers an output of 600VA and 360W. The AVR function maintains a stable output voltage, saving battery power for a complete outage. When switching to battery, it provides backup for 3 minutes at 50% load and less than a minute at 100% load, which is enough time for a controlled shutdown of connected systems.
Battery and protection
Inside the unit, you'll find a single GP07122L maintenance-free battery, which charges to 90% of its capacity within 6 hours. The cold start function allows the UPS to be started directly from the battery, even without mains power. When power is restored, the unit automatically restarts and begins recharging. It comes equipped with a comprehensive set of protection features, including overload protection via a circuit breaker, short circuit protection, deep discharge protection, and overcharge protection.
Management, monitoring and communication
A USB port is used for connecting to a computer for management. Thanks to HID protocol compatibility, the UPS communicates with the operating system without needing to install additional software, which simplifies basic monitoring of battery and power status. For more advanced settings, it offers software that performs an automatic safe shutdown of the system during a prolonged power outage. This prevents the loss of unsaved data.
