nJoy Keen 2000

The nJoy Keen 2000 backup power supply is a line-interactive UPS that protects computers and sensitive electronics. With an apparent power of 2000VA and a real power of 1200W, it can handle even more demanding setups. This backup power supply provides a 4-minute backup at half load, and less than a minute at full load. Thanks to its compact tower design, you can easily place the UPS next to your desk. The integrated automatic voltage regulation (AVR) function effectively stabilises fluctuating mains voltage without needing to switch to the battery, thereby extending its lifespan. The nJoy Keen 2000 UPS is a reliable solution for homes and small offices.

Voltage stabilisation and power

The power supply uses a line-interactive topology with an integrated Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) function. This system actively corrects both undervoltage and overvoltage within a range of 162–290V AC without switching to battery power. The supply automatically detects the input frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. The real power reaches 1200W with an apparent power of 2000VA, covering the needs of both standard and more demanding workstations. At 50% load (600W), it powers devices for 4 minutes.

Battery and power management

The unit contains two GP09122L lead-acid batteries. Fast charging technology restores their capacity to 90% within 6 hours. The power supply supports a cold start function, which starts the backup power even without a mains current. After the supply is restored, the UPS automatically restarts and immediately begins recharging the batteries (Auto-Charge). Additionally, the Off-Mode Charging function recharges the batteries even when the unit is switched off, as long as it is connected to the mains. The output voltage in battery mode has the form of a simulated sine wave.

Protection systems

The power supply integrates multi-level protection for connected devices and the UPS itself. A circuit fuse prevents damage from overloads and short circuits. The battery management system includes protection against deep discharge and overcharging. The entire device has a compact tower design with dimensions of 178×148×298mm and a weight of 10.1kg. The operating noise level does not exceed 40dB, so it won't disturb you while you work. The supply can operate in temperatures from 0 to 40°C and at a relative humidity of up to 90% without condensation.

Connectivity and output sockets

The rear panel features four Schuko-type sockets for connecting powered devices. All four outputs provide full battery backup, so all connected devices remain operational during a power outage. At the same time, all sockets protect against surges, which prevents damage to sensitive electronics from voltage spikes.
