The MaceMaker Borbona SanMai knife set includes 4 high-quality, reliable and stylish kitchen knives with Damascus steel blades. This thoughtfully assembled set contains a Chef's knife, Santoku knife, Utility knife and Slicing knife. The perfect cut is guaranteed by the sandwich construction of the blade, made using Japanese SanMai technology – at the core is a VG-10 steel cutting “razor blade”, which is protected on both sides by a strong layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knives long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear and impact. The Damascus steel, which consists of two different types of steel with different colour tones, also gives the knives a unique, attractive appearance. For all knives, the blade is set in a comfortable solid wood handle with a steel bolster. The MaceMaker Borbona SanMai kitchen knives are not suitable for dishwashers.
