This lets you choose the coarseness of the grating exactly as you need it, whether you're preparing finely grated parmesan, cucumber slices, or coarser chunks of vegetables for a salad. The square base ensures stability on the worktop, so the grater won't tip over while you're using it. For processing smaller leftover pieces of vegetables or cheese, use the safety grating holder. You can secure the ingredient inside it and safely grate it right to the very end.
