KOHERSEN Casserole with lid Black Cube 16 cm
The KOHERSEN Black Cube pot has a 1.6-litre capacity, which is an excellent size for preparing medium-sized portions. It is made from high-quality aluminium supplemented with layers of stainless steel in a sandwich construction. This is TRI-PLY technology, which ensures even heat distribution and efficient heat retention throughout the cooking process.

High-quality KOHERSEN saucepan construction
The saucepan's construction is based on TRI-PLY technology, a sandwich layer of stainless steel – aluminium – stainless steel, which enables fast and even heat transfer. This heats the pot's contents efficiently, minimising temperature differences. The inside of the pot features a functional BLACK CUBE surface: a honeycomb-like structure helps to spread heat evenly while preventing food from sticking to the surface.
Gentle and healthy cooking
You will need a minimal amount of oil for cooking, making your meals healthier and lighter. This is sure to be appreciated by anyone who watches what they eat. The Kohersen Black Cube pot is compatible with various types of hobs, including induction, and is also oven-safe up to 260°C. It can be washed in a dishwasher, but a gentler cycle is recommended to preserve the quality of the surface.
*Tests carried out by the TÜV Rheinland Polska research laboratory, no. 26634888/2022. Five different pans were tested: including pans with a steel body, aluminium, and a hybrid (multi-layer) structure with various coatings: ceramic, enamel, and PTFE, with the temperature increase measured point by point until it reached 200°C.
