The 1/3” 5 Megapixel Progressive CMOS sensor provides detailed footage in 2880 × 1620px resolution at a frame rate of up to 25 or 30 frames per second. The 3.6mm fixed lens offers a wide viewing angle – 78° horizontal, 41° vertical and 94° screen size. Modern H.265 and H.264 video compression effectively reduces storage capacity requirements and network load while maintaining high-quality video transmission.
Wi-Fi camera with four night vision modes up to 30 metres
The device offers four night surveillance modes with a range of up to 30m, which adapt to any conditions:
- Smart – automatically activates colour view when suspicious movement is detected
- Full colour – uses built-in spotlights for a continuous colour image even in complete darkness
- Infrared – black and white image with low power consumption

AI person and vehicle detection with active deterrence
The integrated IMOU SENSE algorithm increases detection accuracy by up to 50% compared to conventional security cameras and provides an event response in as little as 0.02s. This technology ensures accurate recognition of people at a distance of 22m and vehicles at a distance of 44m, effectively eliminating false alarms caused by insects or moving branches. When the area is breached, it activates an audible alarm with a 110dB siren and a light warning signal from the built-in spotlights.
Two-way communication with echo cancellation
The built-in microphone and speaker let you communicate with family, visitors or pets from anywhere via the mobile app. The integrated echo cancellation system ensures clear and intelligible voice transmission without annoying noise and interference. The audio interface also serves to trigger the built-in high-performance siren to instantly warn unwanted people on your property.
Save recordings to microSD, NVR and the cloud
Users have several different ways to securely store their video recordings. The camera is equipped with a microSD memory card slot supporting up to 512GB of capacity for local data storage. For long-term storage of recordings from multiple devices, the camera can be connected to an NVR, or you can use the secure Imou cloud storage with a free trial option.
Connectivity of the IMOU Bullet 3 5MP security camera
Modern Wi-Fi 6 wireless technology with dual antennas ensures a reliable network connection and more stable performance, even through obstacles. A standard RJ-45 LAN Ethernet port is also available. Manage the device conveniently via the Imou App, which is available in English for Android and iOS operating systems. The camera fully supports the ONVIF protocol for easy integration into third-party systems and smart home platforms like Home Assistant, Google Home, and other systems that support the ONVIF protocol.
