How to Make Delicious Coffee
You are going to need a coffee maker and a filter. Grind coffee to a fine consistency and put it in the filter. The recommended amount is 7g (15ml) of coffee per 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and then let it rest for 3 or 4 minutes. Slowly pour a small amount of water on the filter using a circular or back and forth motion. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. If you want mild coffee, pour the water slightly faster.
