Make Great Coffee Quickly and Easily
You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Place finely ground coffee in the filter. The ideal ratio is about seven grams of coffee to 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and then let it rest for 3 or 4 minutes. Pour a small amount of water on the filter with a slow, circular motion. Freshly ground coffee will absorb the water and produce coffee bloom. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Pour the water a bit faster if you want mild coffee.
