GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5060 WINDFORCE OC 8G
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5060 WINDFORCE OC 8G
The GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5060 WINDFORCE OC 8G graphics card features the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with a 128-bit bus. Supported technologies include DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation and NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp, which increase frame rates and reduce latency. The WINDFORCE cooling system uses Hawk Fan fans with a graphene nanolubricant system, server-grade thermal gel, composite copper heatpipes, and a reinforced construction with a backplate.
Key features of the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5060 WINDFORCE OC 8G graphics card
- NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with fifth-generation Tensor Cores and FP4 support for maximum AI performance
- Core frequency of 2512MHz exceeds the 2497MHz reference value for higher performance
- DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation generates more frames simultaneously, increasing gaming performance
- NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp reduces latency and speeds up response times in competitive games
- Hawk Fan with a design inspired by an eagle's wing increases air pressure by 53.6% with lower noise
- Graphene nanolubricant extends the lifespan of fan bearings by 2.1×, to a level close to ball bearings
- Server-grade thermal gel ensures optimal contact with critical components and resists deformation during transport
- Fourth-generation Ray Tracing Cores enable full ray tracing with neural rendering
NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and AI technology
The NVIDIA Blackwell architecture features fifth-generation Tensor Cores with FP4 and DLSS 4 support for maximum AI performance. The Streaming Multiprocessors are optimised for neural shaders, and the fourth-generation Ray Tracing Cores process extensive geometry. DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation technology generates multiple frames simultaneously, while NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp minimises latency in competitive games. The card supports full ray tracing with neural rendering and accelerates creative work through NVIDIA Studio tools. The ninth-generation encoder enhances videos using AI and NVIDIA Broadcast technology. The GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER (GCC) software enables real-time adjustment of clock frequency, voltage, and fan mode.
WINDFORCE cooling system and construction
The Hawk Fan fans, with a design inspired by the aerodynamics of an eagle's wing, increase air pressure by 53.6% and air volume by 12.5% with lower noise levels. Graphene nanolubricant extends bearing life by 2.1× and ensures quieter operation. Alternate fan rotation reduces turbulence and increases airflow pressure. The 3D Active Fan feature turns the fans off under low GPU load. Server-grade thermal gel on the VRAM and MOSFET provides optimal contact and resists deformation. A copper plate in contact with the GPU and composite copper heatpipes dissipate heat to the extended heatsink. The reinforced structure with a backplate attached to the I/O bracket ensures stability. The PCB is made using an automated process that eliminates sharp protrusions from solder joints.
