Concept SO4000 INFRA 500 W
The infrared radiation of the Concept SO4000 INFRA fruit dryer dries selected foods faster while preserving more enzymes, minerals vitamins and fibre than standard drying methods. Infrared radiation can thus be compared to the sun's rays, but without the harmful UV content. Another interesting benefit of infrared drying is that it counteracts decomposition in meat and fish.

5 preset programs
For convenient use, the dryer has 4 programs for drying and one for sterilization. For drying fruit, there is the Fruit programme, which is specially adapted to the task at hand. This is similarly the case for the Vegetables programme. If you're a fan of your favourite jerky, you'll love the Meat program, which makes it easy to prepare. The Yoghurt programme is used to prepare yoghurts like in a dairy. You can set whether you want to dry with INFRA or HEATER for each program. The last preset programme is Sterilisation, which cleans the dryer perfectly for you.
Manual programme for individual approach
If you don't like any of the pre-set programmes of the Concept SO4000, don't despair. Simply choose the manual programme, where you can set the temperature between 35-75°C and extend the drying time to 99 hours.
Practical dryer maintenance
A drip tray and 5 dishwasher-safe stainless steel drying plates are included for convenient and easy maintenance. Stainless steel plates have significantly greater durability compared to standard plastic plates. At the same time, they are heated during the drying process, thus speeding up the whole process.
