The Concept RE4040 is an electrical cooker that has been specially designed for cooking rice. It simply takes care of all kinds of rice, even sticky rice used in sushi dishes. The rice cooker works on the principle of cooking with steam. This helps you prepare a tasty meal which does not lose any nutrients. With a volume of 2l, this rice cooker is great for boiling rice for a medium-sized family. As soon as the cooking process has finished, the rice cooker goes into the “Keep warm” mode and keeps the food at the correct temperature for up to 6 hours. The removable inside container has a non-stick surface that stops the rice from sticking. The container is also easy to clean. This one also features protection against overheating and will prevent boiling water or steam from scalding users.
