The BenQ MH856UST+ projector uses DLP display technology to project in native 1920×1080 Full HD resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 3500 ANSI lumens brightness, and a 10000:1 contrast ratio. The projector also supports a maximum signal resolution of 1920×1200 WUXGA. As an ultra-short throw projector, it is ideal for presentations in classrooms and meeting rooms, where it creates a large image from a short distance. With its PointWrite technology, this interactive projector turns any standard projection surface into an interactive whiteboard. The lamp light source offers a lifespan of up to 12000 hours in LampSave mode, which reduces operating costs. The image size can be adjusted from 152.4cm (60") to 259.1cm (102").

Longevity and operational efficiency
The light source is a lamp with a lifespan of 5000 hours in normal mode. Power-saving modes extend this to 8000 hours (ECO), 10000 hours (SmartEco), and up to 12000 hours in LampSave mode. In ECO mode, the fan noise drops to 29dBA from the typical 34dBA. The projector's typical power consumption is 320W, while standby consumption does not exceed 0.5W.
Adjustment and interactive features
With an ultra-short throw ratio of 0.33, the projector displays an image from a distance of 0.381m to 1.016m. You can geometrically adjust the image using 2D keystone correction within a range of ±15° both vertically and horizontally. The PointWrite PW30U interactive module, together with the QWrite software, transforms any surface into an interactive area with multi-touch support. Two integrated 10W speakers provide the sound.
Connectivity
A wide range of ports is available for connecting signal sources and peripherals. There are two HDMI 2.0a inputs, a composite video input, and a VGA port. For network control, the projector offers a LAN (RJ45) connector that supports Crestron, AMX, PJ Link, and Extron IP Link systems, and an RS232 port for serial communication. The equipment is rounded off with a USB-A port for powering external devices (1.5A), a service USB-B, a USB Mini-B for the PointWrite interactive module, and both 3.5mm audio input and output.
