The AXAGON ADR-210B is a 10-metre active connecting USB 2.0 cable for connecting a printer, scanner, plotter or other USB-B device to your computer. The active USB repeater cable amplifies the signal, letting you connect USB-B devices at a much greater distance than a passive cable would allow.
The cable's range can be extended further, for example, by using an AXAGON ADR-210 extension USB cable. A major advantage of the ADR-210B cable is its integrated auxiliary power connector. In most cases, USB bus power is sufficient, but for devices with higher power consumption, USB power may be inadequate over longer distances. In these situations, auxiliary mains power can solve the problem.
The repeater cable's exceptionally compact body allows for hassle-free use in electrical trunking or cable management systems. The high-quality shielded cable ensures high-speed communication and minimal unwanted interference.

Power:
- The cable and connected devices are powered via the USB bus (bus-power mode 5V - 500mA).
- For most connected USB devices, USB bus power is sufficient and no additional power is needed.
- The active part of the cable includes a connector (Ø 3.5 × 1.3mm outer × inner diameter) for auxiliary external power of 5V/1–2A.
- A 1.2m USB A-M / 3.5mm jack power cable is included in the package. The cable allows powering from a standard mobile phone charger with a USB-A output of 5V / min. 1A, such as the AXAGON ACU-DS16.
