At the heart of the device is a quad-core AMD Ryzen V3C14 processor with a frequency of 2.3GHz, which automatically boosts to up to 3.8GHz under heavy load. Server RAM with data protection
The device includes 16GB of DDR5 RAM, expandable up to 64GB using two memory slots. The module uses server-grade ECC technology to detect and automatically correct errors in data. This feature prevents file corruption due to electromagnetic interference and increases overall system stability during continuous operation.
SSD storage
The design offers six bays for traditional hard drives and four dedicated slots for the modern M.2 NVMe format. These slots use the fast PCI Express 4.0 interface, with double the throughput of the previous generation. The ADM system allows you to use these SSDs to speed up reads and writes as a cache or as a separate high-speed volume.
Connectivity with USB4 interface
The device includes two USB4 Type-C ports with transfer speeds of up to 40Gb/s for rapid data copying to external drives. The connectivity is complemented by three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports with speeds of 10Gb/s. Network connection is provided by two 10GbE ports and two 5GbE ports, which support Wake-on-LAN and Wake-on-WAN functions.
Security and threat resistance
The Linux-based ADM operating system protects stored data from ransomware attacks using a built-in firewall and the ADM Defender tool. Security is enhanced by AES-256 encryption for shared folders and support for post-quantum TLS cryptography. Users can also use two-step verification for secure remote administration access from anywhere.
Advanced backup
The Snapshot Center application creates Btrfs and iSCSI volume snapshots for quick data recovery in case of accidental deletion. The DataSync Center and Cloud Backup Center tools synchronise files with public clouds like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Amazon S3. Additionally, MyArchive technology allows you to turn internal hard drives into removable archival media.
Surveillance system
The network storage serves as a hub for property monitoring, with the ability to connect a large number of IP cameras. By default, the user gets four free camera licences, with the option to expand to up to 72 channels. RTSP compatibility makes it easy to integrate cameras from various global manufacturers. The entire surveillance system can be configured in just a few steps using the intuitive quick setup wizard, which automatically finds available devices on the network.
