High computing performance with an AMD Ryzen processor
The system is powered by a quad-core AMD Ryzen V3C14 processor with a frequency of 2.3GHz, which can reach up to 3.8GHz in burst mode. Built on the Zen 3 architecture, this 6nm processor delivers high efficiency when handling demanding tasks and calculations. Smooth operation is ensured by the 8GB DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM system memory, which can be expanded up to 64GB. ECC memory support detects and corrects errors in real time, significantly increasing overall system stability.
Speed with NVMe slots
The device contains six slots for fast M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs. These slots use the PCIe 4.0 interface with different lane configurations: one PCIe 4.0 ×4 slot, three PCIe 4.0 ×2 slots, and two PCIe 4.0 ×1 slots. This combination provides high transfer speeds for demanding applications like direct 4K video editing or working with large databases. You can increase the total storage capacity by connecting an AS5004U expansion unit via USB, for a total of 12 drive bays.
Network connection
To eliminate data transfer bottlenecks, the network storage offers one 10 Gigabit Ethernet port. This interface is also backward compatible with 2.5G, 1G, and 100M speeds, making it easy to connect to various types of network infrastructures. With drives configured in a RAID 5 array, sequential read speeds reach up to 1179MB/s and write speeds up to 1181MB/s. This enables fast transfers of large files, full workstation backups, or smooth work with high-resolution multimedia content.
Modern USB4 interface
Connectivity is expanded by two USB4 Type-C ports, which operate at transfer speeds of up to 40Gb/s per port. You can connect compatible external storage devices or Thunderbolt peripherals to these ports for instant data import. The setup is complemented by three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports with speeds of 10Gb/s for connecting additional external drives, printers or UPS backup power supplies. The system thus offers extensive options for fast local data backup and migration.
Data security and threat resistance
The ADM operating system provides comprehensive protection for stored files against loss, damage and external attacks. It includes a built-in firewall, ClamAV antivirus software, two-step verification and folder encryption using the AES-256 standard. The system supports hybrid post-quantum TLS cryptography, which uses approved algorithms to protect communication against future security threats. Additionally, the Snapshot Center tool lets you create up to 256 snapshots of Btrfs volumes for quick data recovery after accidental deletion or a ransomware attack.
Surveillance centre and multimedia
The device can also be used as a professional surveillance centre, with support for connecting up to 72 IP cameras. Four free camera channel licences are included as standard, with more available for purchase as needed. The Surveillance Center app offers advanced features including motion detection and mobile notifications via the AiSecure app. For home entertainment, you can install a wide range of multimedia apps from the App Central library, which allow for easy streaming of music, photos and videos to TVs and mobile phones.
