The ASUS PRIME B850M-F motherboard, with its AMD B850 chipset, uses the AM5 platform and supports 7th, 8th, and 9th generation AMD Ryzen processors. Its mATX (Micro ATX) form factor is ideal for building compact yet powerful systems. For system memory, it offers two DDR5 slots that operate in Dual-Channel mode and support frequencies up to 8400MHz with overclocking. The board integrates modern interfaces for future components, including a primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot for your graphics card. Storage is handled by one M.2 slot with a PCIe 5.0 interface and a second M.2 slot with PCIe 4.0 for high-speed NVMe drives. You can connect traditional storage devices via four SATA III ports. Connectivity is provided by a 1Gbps network adapter and an HDMI 2.1 graphics output. To expand case connectivity, the board includes internal headers for both USB-C and ARGB lighting.
