The APC Smart-UPS SRT Li-Ion 1000VA RM uninterruptible power supply operates using on-line double-conversion topology, which continuously regenerates power and delivers a pure sine wave output with a power of 900W. This rackmount UPS includes a lithium-ion battery, which has a significantly longer life and lower maintenance requirements than traditional lead-acid batteries. This provides a superior backup time of 31.8 minutes at full load and up to 60.4 minutes at half load. The pre-installed Network Management Card 3 enables comprehensive remote management and monitoring over the company network, including automated server shutdown using PowerChute Network Shutdown software.

On-line double-conversion topology
This uninterruptible power supply uses on-line double-conversion technology. Power for connected devices is continuously generated from the battery, which eliminates any delay when switching to battery power and isolates appliances from all mains disturbances. The output is always a pure sine wave, fully compatible with the sensitive electronics of servers, network components and workstations. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) corrects both undervoltage and overvoltage without needing to switch to the battery. The UPS supplies an apparent power of 1000VA and a real power of 900W.
Battery and backup
At the core of this uninterruptible power supply is an internal lithium-ion battery with a longer operational life and lower weight compared to standard lead-acid batteries. Thanks to this technology, the UPS provides a backup time of 31.8 minutes at a full load of 900W and 60.4 minutes at a half load of 450W. The battery is hot-swappable, so you can replace it without shutting down connected devices. A full recharge takes approximately 6 hours.
Remote management and PowerChute software
For advanced management, the UPS includes a pre-installed Network Management Card 3. This enables remote monitoring, configuration and diagnostics via a web interface or the SNMP protocol. USB and RS-232 ports also handle communication with servers and other systems. PowerChute Network Shutdown software is included, which automates the process of safely shutting down physical servers, virtual machines and HCI clusters during a prolonged power outage, thereby preventing data loss.
