The Toshiba 55QV3F63DG TV uses a 55" QLED panel with 4K Ultra HD resolution and the Vidaa operating system. The screen with Direct LED backlighting displays content smoothly thanks to a 50/60Hz refresh rate. It integrates Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos technologies for image and sound processing, which expand the dynamic range and create an immersive surround sound experience. The sound system from Onkyo complements the visuals, and the fast Vidaa user interface provides access to local and international streaming services.

The display is based on a QLED panel with a 139cm (55") screen size and 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 × 2160). The Direct LED backlighting contributes to a uniform brightness of 320 nits across the entire screen. This device processes HDR standards, including the Dolby Vision format. The use of QLED technology for vivid and accurate colours expands the colour spectrum. The TRU Flow and TRU Resolution functions interpolate frames and increase image detail for smoother motion and sharpness.

The sound performance of the integrated speakers, with a total output of 20W (2×10W), was developed in collaboration with the Onkyo brand. The TV supports the Dolby Atmos surround sound format, which enriches the soundscape with a vertical dimension. To connect an external sound system, there is an HDMI connector with eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) support, which transmits uncompressed audio formats.

Smart functions are handled by the Vidaa operating system, which is focused on speed and clarity. The interface provides access to streaming services such as YouTube, NETFLIX, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, or Disney+. Local apps include SledováníTV, LepšíTV and Oneplay. It also features support for HbbTV hybrid broadcasting and a Screen Mirroring function for mirroring content from mobile devices. The TV includes a specialised game mode that optimises picture parameters to reduce input lag. Activating the mode adjusts contrast, brightness, and colour reproduction for a better display of dynamic game scenes. HDMI 2.0 ports are available for connecting game consoles or a computer. These ports support 4K signal transmission at 60 frames per second, which corresponds to the standard of current gaming platforms.

The connector array includes three HDMI 2.0 ports and two USB inputs that support multimedia playback and recording of TV broadcasts. A LAN port and integrated Wi-Fi provide a stable internet connection. The device also offers Bluetooth for wireless headphone connection, a digital optical output, a headphone output, and a CI+ slot for pay-TV decoding cards. The TV falls into energy class E in standard dynamic range (SDR) mode and class G in high dynamic range (HDR) mode. Consumption in SDR mode is 64kWh per 1,000 hours of operation. In HDR mode, consumption increases to 124kWh over the same period.

You can place the TV on the supplied removable stand, with which its total dimensions are 1233 × 767 × 235mm. Alternatively, you can mount it on the wall using a bracket that meets the VESA standard with a 200 × 200mm spacing. The black TV body itself, without the stand, measures 1233 × 712 × 87mm. The total weight of the device including the stand is 13.9kg.
