How should you look after your knife blades?
The blade is factory-sharpened to a 16° angle, which means that Siguro Sugoi knives deliver a precise cut and excellent control when slicing. To maintain this finer, sharper angle, you can simply use the integrated sharpener or standard kitchen sharpeners with a pre-set angle. A fine-grit sharpening steel or a whetstone is also a suitable option.
