Get the Shot in Any Light
Due to its dual front camera, the Galaxy A8 is always ready to take exceptional selfie shots, and the rear camera is equally as impressive. The rear 16Mpx camera features an f/1.7 aperture and a larger 1/2.8" sensor with 1.12µm pixels to guarantee crisp and gorgeous images regardless of the light conditions. Of course, you can also use the camera to shoot Full HD video.
Works Even in Challenging Conditions
Do you work in a dusty environment? No problem. Do you like to take romantic photographs in the spring rain? Go for it! The Samsung A8 mobile phone has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. You can take the phone with you wherever life takes you, for example, on a demanding trip or to a wild party. Its extra durability is complemented by its long battery life which is provided by a 3000mAh battery.
Never Miss a Notification Again
The Super AMOLED screen of the Galaxy A8 smartphone displays notifications even when the phone is locked, deactivated or simply placed on your desk. With the practical Always On Display feature, you do not have to wake up your phone or pick it up just to check the current time, or to check your notifications.
Safeguard Your Data
You can keep important data on your phone without any worries. To unlock it, you can use facial recognition or fingerprint technology alongside all of the traditional methods, and protect your valuable files using a special Secure Folder. This folder encrypts all of its contents and makes sure that only you have access.
Higher Speed, Greater Storage Capacity
Edit your captured photos, work on important documents, or enjoy a challenging game. You can do all of that at the same time without slowing down your Galaxy A8. The eight-core processor, Exynos 7885, comes with 4GB of RAM, and provides you with enough power to handle multiple applications at the same time. With the option of inserting a microSD card with a capacity of up to 256GB, you will not have to worry about increasing the space for your files once the 32GB of internal memory is full.
