ORION Tartlet mould/rim diameter 7 cm 6 pcs stainless steel
The ORION set of six stainless steel rings is designed for baking tartlets with a professional result. Thanks to the perforated surface, the pastry bakes evenly and the tartlet cases have perfectly straight and sharp edges. There is no need to grease the moulds as the pastry does not stick to them, and they are easy to remove after baking. They are made of dishwasher-safe and oven-safe stainless steel. Professional Results in Your Home Kitchen
The key to perfect tartlets is an even bake, which is ensured by the perforated surface of the rings. The small holes allow steam to escape efficiently from the pastry, resulting in a crispy base with no soggy spots. The sturdy stainless steel construction holds the pastry's shape during baking and guarantees the creation of straight, sharp edges. The tartlet is baked directly on a baking mat or paper, and the ring is simply lifted off after baking. To make preparation easier, the pack also includes instructions with simple pictures and a tried-and-tested recipe.
