HiFi Speakers—Subwoofers

Subwoofers perfectly complement home theatre and stereo setups with balanced and deep bass. For true sound reproduction, you need a subwoofer with at least a 10" driver and a quality diaphragm made from extruded graphite or aluminium.

HiFi Speakers—Tower Speakers

Tower speakers are the basis of every true Hi-Fi speaker setup. A tower speaker is placed on the floor and usually consists of several of these loudspeakers:

A woofer to provide powerful bass.
Central speakers ensure excellent sound rendering.
Tweeters create tuned trebles with wide spatial radiation.

Play deep bass and high-quality treble.
Offer a frequency range from 20Hz-50000Hz.
The tall design spreads sound perfectly throughout the room.

HiFi Speakers—Bookshelf Speakers

Bookshelf speakers can be the basic sound source of your home cinema. You can position bookshelf speakers on specially designed stands, wall brackets or shelves. While they don't have the deep bass of tower speakers, they do offer a fuller sound and better reproduction of deep frequencies.

Ideal for use in smaller spaces.
You can save space by mounting them on a wall.

Bookshelf speakers need to be accurately aimed towards the listener—the smaller the dimensions or power, the more precisely you need to aim them.

HiFi Speakers—Active Speakers

Active speakers have built-in amplifiers in them, whereas passive speakers must be connected to an amplifier. Although active speakers usually have limited connectivity, today, you can also find active monitor speakers with Bluetooth support and preamps for turntables.

Active speakers are hard to beat in terms of price/performance.

HiFi Speakers—Central Speakers

Central speakers reproduce dialogue and many other sounds in your hi-fi speaker system. A good centre speaker should be able to handle a frequency range from at least 55Hz to 24000Hz.

Superior sound reproduction with compact dimensions.
Used for sound distortion, especially when reproducing the human voice.

To achieve a harmonious and balanced sound, we recommend selecting a centre speaker from the same range as the main speaker in your home system.

HiFi Speakers—Receivers

Receivers are the central hub for all your audio devices. They process audio and video from multiple devices simultaneously before sending the resulting signals on. Receivers decode a wide range of audio formats, including surround sound.

Also work as amplifiers for speakers.

Multi-channel receivers improve home theatre performance, while stereo receivers are used to enhance music listening.

HiFi Speakers—Amplifiers

Amplifiers receive audio signals from music players, turntables, and other analogue outputs and then amplify them for standard speaker-assisted playback. Passive loudspeaker setups need to be connected to an amplifier. You can even get headphone amplifiers that allow you to enjoy gaming or to listen to music more intensely.
