How are the headphones better than the previous generation?
The all-new shape of the Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 means that the headphones fit better in the ear, avoiding the accidental microphone blocking that could occur with the previous Pi7 model. Instead of three ear buds, there are now four, and a new extra small size is included. Headset deployment sensing has been enhanced with hybrid infrared and capacitive sensors for more reliable detection. The Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 also uses new, more robust TrueWireless Bluetooth technology to reliably connect the two headphones.
