good operating characteristics (73°C max in games with deepcool ak620 and Fractal design Pop air with basic fans). the idle is about 39°C (39°F)
sometimes my temperatures jump for a fraction of a second, even if I am not doing anything demanding on the PC (I open the browser, e.g. from 40° to 60°C), it unnecessarily drives the fans in the box so it is advisable to adjust the Fan curve to this

Installed and operated without any modifications in BIOS or other utilities and everything works fine. With the Endorfy fortis 5 Dual cooler the temperatures during gaming max 75°C which I think is acceptable.

The cpu for games is probably the best one can buy now, I recommend buying a mid-range board, although those are quite expensive. Do gaming computer top cpu currently. Despite the lower power consumption it still gets quite hot, on probably the best Noctua NHD15 air cooler the temperature is 83-85° under load (cinebench r23)
in gaming load keeps 5ghz, really super results in games
compared to ryzen 7 5800x about 7-8°C lower temperatures with the same cooler (Noctua NHD15)
finally RTX 3090 doesn't hinder me even in cpu intensive games: )
real consumption at 100% load according to HWinfo 85-90w, comparable Intel cpu is really a thermal power plant
tribute about the price
according to AMD specs, the maximum safe temperature is 89°C, so you shouldn't skimp on the cooler, but who has 10k for a CPU, has a cooler too, right?

I'm satisfied, more FPS in games than on the Intel i7-13700K CPU and it will be better at games even than the i9! Better temps and I'm using air cooling for now (sufficient) but I'll switch to water. The advantage is that you don't need to set anything in the BIOS on the CPU, just turn on the new EXPO (XMP) for RAM. Don't turn on the precision boost overdrive, or all hell will break loose!
