For accurate measurement of various values, the Ultrahuman smart ring is equipped with a six-axis motion sensor, a non-contact temperature sensor and a PPG sensor for cardiovascular health.

A built-in 6-axis motion sensor, non-contact temperature sensor and PPG sensor give you exactly the information you need. The Ultrahuman smart ring records your steps and calculates the approximate number of calories burned. The PPG sensor measures your heart rate throughout the day, which allows it to determine your heart rate variability (HRV), a value that is key to understanding your body's recovery capabilities and its readiness for exertion. The smart ring, in conjunction with the app, can create a picture of your body clock, showing the connection between a stimulus, such as light exposure, food, or exercise, and a change in your body's circadian rhythm.
