The new TomTom GPS Spark 3 Cardio (small) in black provides precise measurement of your GPS position as well as an integrated heart rate monitor.

This running watch with its large 144x168px display, features a whole host of functions like real-time runtime data and route tracking. The size of the strap is 125-172mm. It is designed not only for running, but for other sports as well.

Endurance and communication

The TomTom GPS Spark 3 Cardio transfers sport data wirelessly to your PC via Bluetooth. Track data from your watch using the TomTom MySports application or in one of your favourite running apps. The watch features single-button control.

Light and thin, the TomTom GPS Spark 3 lasts up to 3 weeks on a single charge with normal use. When using GPS, you can expect up to 11 hours between charging and when using it in conjunction with the heartbeat monitor, it lasts for up to 9 hours!

Practise smart

You can choose from several sport activities and training modes: Running, cycling, swimming, gym workouts, freestyle or treadmill. Practise interval training to improve your speed and fitness or try race mode to set new goals and beat your best record.

Set your daily or weekly goals and share them with friends on social networks. For best performance, an integrated heart rate monitor or automatic sleep monitor is recommended.

Fitness age

The TomTom GPS Spark 3 Cardio watch can tell you what fitness age you are and how to improve it by comparing your VO2 max with the global average for your age. During training, you get fitness points and, by monitoring your physiology, you can find out what type is best for you.
