Nikon NIKKOR Z 28-75 mm f/2.8

The NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 lens is an excellent choice for owners of Nikon mirrorless cameras with the Nikon Z mount. Its variable focal length from 28 to 75 mm is a zoom lens. Thanks to this value, you can enjoy a significantly low depth of field, creating the popular bokeh effect of background blur. Focusing is handled by a hypersonic motor. The focusing motor works as quietly as possible, which you'll appreciate even when shooting videos. The NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 lens is dust and moisture resistant, has a 67mm filter thread and weighs approximately 560g.

Other Nikon lens features

The NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 lens is able to focus from a distance of 19cm without any problem, thanks to the hypersonic motor. The technology is very efficient for video shooting, as it uses a very quiet motor. Finally, it's a good idea to mention that the NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 lens can withstand dust or moisture. Its design is suitable for Full Frame chips.

Beautiful reproduction of out-of-focus areas of the image

The Nikon Z's large-diameter bayonet, high f/2.8 aperture and 9-lamel aperture with circular aperture displays a sharp subject against an impressively soft, natural-looking background. Create images with dramatic selective sharpness or enhance your portraits.

Always the right light

Thanks to the high lens aperture, you are perfectly prepared for any available lighting. Get sharp and brilliant images in low-light situations, or freeze motion using fast shutter speeds without limiting image sensor exposure.

New possibilities

The zoom range from wide-angle to telephoto is perfect for exploring compositional possibilities. Capture more of the scene using the 28mm focal length. Take great-looking portraits using the 75mm focal length. Or create dramatic perspectives - try getting closer to your subject and filling the field of view with them, using overhead shots or under-head shots.

Photographing close objects

The NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 lens rewards you for shooting at close range. The shortest focusing distance of just 0.19m at a focal length of 28mm allows you to get close-up shots with dramatic wide-angle perspective. When shooting at a focal length of 75mm, you can use the shortest focusing distance of 0.39m to isolate the subject detail. When shooting at close distances, the reproduction of out-of-focus areas is also enhanced for excellent results.

Fast and reliable focusing

Focusing is smooth, quiet and precise - even when shooting at close range. The Auto Focus System works in perfect harmony with the Nikon Z's eye-detection focusing, keeping the focus exactly where you need it when taking portraits.
