A Variety of Cleaning Systems for Perfect Results

The Hom-Bot combines three modes of movement for the most successful cleaning. The first mode is Spiral, when the vacuum moves along a broad spiral path. The purpose of this mode is for spot cleaning and the maximum diameter of the outer ring reaches up to 1.5m. Another mode is Zig-Zag, when the Hom-Bot moves back and forth until it bumps into an obstacle. This mode is suitable for larger areas where there is a minimum amount of obstacles and it is the most common, automatic mode of choice. The last mode is Cell by Cell, which is a more advanced navigation and uses the Zig Zag system in particular areas. It is a great choice for more complex surfaces with obstacles. Additionally, the robot offers My Space, Turbo, Smart Turbo and Repeat modes.

Smart Exit Handles Every Obstacle

The vacuum excels with its elaborate system that intelligently overcomes obstacles. It is able to release itself from getting stuck, for example, on the edge of the carpet or when rolling over cables. The Hom-Bot can't even be stopped by round obstacles, as the automatic vacuuming system and its detectors guides it around obstacles without stopping. The vacuum also seamlessly recognises window frames and glass doors that could make it once again get stuck. Conversely, when stuck in a narrow space, the Hom-Bot performs the necessary moves to get out after a certain period of time. The bottom OFS of the camera functions as an optical sensor by scanning the floor, measuring distances, and recognising both obstacles and small profile changes of the floor. With the mapping function, the vacuum also continues vacuuming without useless repition and, even after you've manually moved it.

Easier Maintenance

The LG vacuumn cleaner's dust tank is removable from the top, making it easier to use than a plug-in type you'd find in an ordinary robotic vacuum. Now you can forget about residual dust around the container and annoying loose dust when emptying it. The container now has a larger capacity at up to 0.6 litres and can hold a lot more dust. The cleaning brush is mounted on the tank so that you will always have it on hand without having to remember where you last put it.
