What does DELID mean?
This process is a relatively sophisticated adjustment to the CPU itself. Intel has used a relatively common heat conductive paste between the chip and the heat transfer, with the result that local overheating of the processor during overclocking can happen in a matter of seconds. Michal Mikle safely processes ("unwraps") the processor by applying the paste and then reseals everything into its original form. The result is a noticeable drop in temperature during its maximum load.
If you have already purchased a processor with us in a regular variant without delid, you can do a delid directly with Michal Mikle.
