The Hilook by Hikvision IPC-B159H(C) IP camera is designed for both outdoor and indoor surveillance with a high resolution of 2560 × 1920 pixels. The camera in a durable Bullet design offers a wide horizontal viewing angle of 95° with a fixed 2.8mm lens and advanced colourVu colour night vision with a range of up to 30m, even in complete darkness. The device offers intelligent motion detection, efficient H.265+ video compression, and supports flexible power via standard PoE or a 12VDC adapter.

The camera features a sensitive 1/2.7" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, providing a clear image at a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1920 pixels at a frame rate of 20fps. Choose from a fixed lens with a 2.8mm focal length, which provides a wide 95° horizontal viewing angle, or a 4mm version with a 76° horizontal angle and F1.0 aperture. Modern H.265+ and H.264+ compression technologies significantly reduce bandwidth and storage capacity requirements while maintaining high-quality recorded video.
Hilook IP Camera with Colour Night Vision
colourVu technology ensures a continuous colour image 24 hours a day, even in extremely adverse lighting conditions. The integrated white LED reflector offers a maximum range of up to 30m and activates automatically when ambient light is low. A minimum sensitivity of 0.001 Lux allows the camera to capture colour details even in situations where conventional cameras would have to switch to black and white mode.
Motion Detection and Cloud Recording
The device offers reliable security features, including basic motion detection and a camera tampering alarm. When a monitored event occurs, the system can react immediately according to pre-set rules. These actions include automatically uploading images to a remote FTP server, sending a notification to the surveillance centre, or starting a recording. The camera allows for the direct saving of video recordings and security images to cloud storage. Users have access to their recording history at any time via the client software.

The metal body, made of an aluminium alloy with an IP67 rating, ensures complete resistance to dust ingress and powerful water jets. The device operates reliably in harsh weather conditions at temperatures from -30°C to 60°C. Flexible installation is facilitated by support for PoE 802.3af power with a maximum consumption of 6.5W, or standard 12VDC power with a consumption of up to 5W can be used. Connectivity is provided by one RJ-45 Ethernet network port with support for 10M/100M speeds. The camera supports a wide range of network protocols, including TCP/IP, RTSP, and the ONVIF Profile S standard for easy integration into third-party systems. The HiLookVision app allows for remote management and live viewing on mobile devices with iOS or Android, while the iVMS-4200 program is available for Windows computers.
