How to Make the Best Coffee
You are going to need your dripper, a cup and a filter. Place finely ground coffee in the filter. Use about seven grams of coffee for every 100ml of water. Don't use boiling water. Let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. With freshly ground coffee, the coffee will bloom as it absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the remaining water over the coffee using a spiral-like back and forth motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Pour the water a bit faster if you want mild coffee.
